Can't dl DA2 all-class item pack

Apologies if this has been addressed at some point, but apparently I fail at doing a decent search of the forums, because nothing came up.

I just bought the all-class item pack so I'll have it next time I play, but it isn't showing up under my registered content for me to download/install.  Nor does it show up under the extras on the DA2 game menu (like Hayden's Razor did).
Is this just something that will show up in the game in chests automatically?  I figured I'd have to install it, but I can't figure out how.

You'll have to install it separately which you do by downloading it from http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php and simply run the file.

Yeah, that's what I assumed, but I mean it's not showing up there.
And the purchase has to have gone through, because my bioware points have gone down.

Contact EA support if it is not showing up in your registered game content. You should have received an email confirming your purchase. Simply copy that for EA support and they will add the content to your account.

Thanks. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't me overlooking something simple.

I'm having this exact problem myself; I bought it but it doesn't show up in my content, nor have I gotten a confirmation e-mail from Bioware concerning the purchase, but the Bioware points have been withdrawn.

If you are missing purchases made with BioWare points, please select "Contact Us" after logging in at http://support.ea.com.

You will need some information to give to the agent to verify account/game ownership and to verify the purchase. Please have ready your email address, your date of birth, the date the purchase was made, what you purchased and the amount of BioWare points the purchase was. Once the agent can verify the information, they will work with you to get this resolved and get you back into the game.

This may not apply in your case, but I just had to go through the EA/Origins store's THREE-step process to get the "Stolen Memories" DLC for ME2.

First I clicked the "Buy Now" button, and had to go through the EA Account confirmation stage (again, since I was already logged-on in-game!) Then it told me that I didn't have enough BioWare Points, would I like to purchase some more? Said "Yes", and went through THAT stage (using PayPal, so there was another confirmation/authentication stage) and thought I was done. Waited, and waited, and watied, for the content to show-up on my Entitlements page. Got the email from PayPal that the transaction processed, but nothing to download. Was just about to contact EA Customer Service when it dawned on me...

I had to go BACK to the DLC page and say "Buy" it (again) now that I had enough BPs to complete the transaction! Du-oh! Once I did that, Bam! It popped right up under my profile and I could start the (almost 1GB) download.
