Just wondering. I always remake my ME1 Sheps in ME2 so they look better/higher res/have different hair. I don't know what excuse you'd use though since it's not like you're being rebuilt again like in ME2.

I hope so. All I did with my female shepard between ME1 and ME2 was put her hair in a ponytail.

They could start it by showing Shep's face in a mirror while he/she is getting ready for the trial.

I dunno if I'm becoming paranoid but in the demos his face has some scars...maybe he needs a upgrade in the beggining of the 3 because his face is dismantling as a result of a Cerberus trap?

Maybe Shepard gets shot in the face and has to repair it or change his face due to the fact that he's a fugitive now.

Have no plans to change the facial structure at all on my Shep (been happy with it for years.. it's my original Shep.. wouldn't dare change it... she is who she is... though I still want the feature to be there, it's just that I wouldn't use it... except to change her hair.

Pretty much the same for me. Changing the facial structure is a no-no, but a hairstyle change is never a bad thing. Luckily I was able to do this on the PC with some mods. I hope ME3 makes it easier by including it in the vanilla game.

Since they added new stuff it would be pretty **** if they didn't. They don’t need to come up with an excuse for basic stuff like this. I think like 99% of people would accept that as game play and story segregation.

I'm torn. I'd want to give my Shep longer hair, but I had my facial scars the way I like it (which they better not take away or I'm going to be pissed) but if it's like ME2, which is basically 'stay exactly the same or start from scratch), then I don't know what I'm going to do.

Meh, dont rly care as my shep is bald anyway, just like someone else said, as long as they dont touch my ****ing scars, pissed me off that my scars changed from me1 to me2 so another time would make me mad. Though adding "more" scars would be a welcomed addition.

What I would appreciate even more is ability to tweak my face during the game. Why not? Justify it as surgery and implants.

What I would appreciate is not having to sit thru the intro everytime I create a new character and actually being able to rotate my characters head properly.

me1 system was the best - reconstruct profile or whatever excuse, and before the game starts.
That unskippable intro where you can't see whether your shep is fugly or not till after really really sucked.

I think you should be able to change the hairstyle but not the whole facial structure.
