So, I've gotten my Warden's Armor Set while it's only in tier 4, then I thought it's useless and sold it to the camp merchant. When I got back to him after leveling up some levels, I found out that the set became Tier 7! Also that 1st special helmet when I got in the Kucari Wild's would also be tiered up like this if sold to the merchant. Just wondering, is there any other equipement would also work like this? and is there any other way to tier them up without selling and buy back?

I haven't found any that upgrades other than the warden armor.

That is the only way to tier them up, so far. And one would think that all equipment that has a material could be tiered up this way but sadly no, many of the named items does not tier up.
