In the past promotional dlc has differed depending on which retailers you pre-order from.  Will this be the case in ME3?  If so when will we get info on what retailer offers what?  I would have pre-ordered the N7 collector's edition by now but I want to know who I should pre-order from.  Anyone have any advice, info or just educated guesses?

You can probably expect it at the same time the promotional items get shipped out to retailers, i.e. codes on Dr.Pepper products and other sell-ables.

Also, good on Bioware on going with Dr.Pepper last time and not just one of the big two Coke or pepsi. Hopefully they get it again.

The Origin-only Digital Deluxe Edition has some exclusive content to that edition.
Frankly, store-brand exclusive content should go the way of the Dodo, as not every country has the same chain of stores available. Not everyone likes relying on digital editions either.
Make it edition exclusive content only, and let the stores compete the old fashioned way, on price and customer service.
