Dragon Age has been fun and worked like a charm, but after killed Sloth Demon, i saved and exited program as i normally do.

Then the next day, i tried start the game, but when i press the "play" button, game crash immeadtly after i get errormsg:
"Program couldnt initialize correctly (0xc0000022)" (translated from danish - windows is danish version).

I was having DAO version 1.03.

Then i reboot'ed computer and tried agin acouple of times, but sadly same result.

Then i saw there was a 1.04, i downloaded that, installed it, but sadly same error.

Then i uninstalled the game, re-installed it, but heck - same error.

Then i waited a day and tried again - same error.

CPU is Intel Core I7 2,67 Ghz.

I really dont know what to do now. I know DAO is somehow old, but i really like the game, and my plan is to play DAO, then Awakening, then DA2.

Maybe i should just try download DAO instead of using disks for installing the game, i dont know.

Can anyone please help me, and thanks in advice.

Hmm, problem solved by itself ??.

I guess it was something out of my hands, but dont know what it is.

Well, im just happy i can continue playing

Thx for the update, and glad things are working for you.
Now that you're patched to 1.04, you can play the last couple of DLC if you'd like. 

I recommend Witch Hunt  only  if you care about your Warden's relationship with Morri.  I did, so I thought it was excellent.  Others were disappointed.  Mostly, I think, because that's the only point.  So once you find her and have that single conversation/make your decision... THE END.
