I recently had to reinstall the Stone Prisoner DLC after having completed it already(didn't do Shales companion quest though) and after I did so shale had disappeared and the only map icon left from the DLC was Honnleath and that was ledt in the state it was after completeing the quest, mob skeletons and all but no Shale.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Not sure what you're asking here. "Honnleath" is the only World Map location that should remain from TSP. (The "Sulcher's Pass" one disappears as soon as you visit it and obtain the Control Rod.)

There is an additional location in the Deep Roads that will appear on that map if you've triggered it through the appropriate conversations with Shale. Is that what you mean?

Oh so the pass disappears anyway, thats good, but my main problem is that shale has disappeared completely, I can't find him in camp or the party selection scheme, the items i attained so far from the mod in honnleath have all disappeared too.

Edit: Just found out I can select him on the inventory and shop compare screen however the game crashes when I do so.

I have no idea what you mean by "the inventory and shop compare screen".  

If you did not allow Shale to become a Party Member immediately upon freeing her (from being a "statue") she should now be standing in Camp, near Bodahn and Sandal.

By inventory I mean where you can select her to equip stuff in the camp, and shop compare where you can select her to compare items you can buy with what you have equipped.

And I did allow her to join but she disappeared after I reinstalled the DLC.

Make sure all your DLC is authorized. Have you received any warning messages when launching the game, asking you to "Force Load"? Also, do you have any mods installed?

I just finsihed the game and before i go out to meet the citizens of denerim and I view the epilogue Shale is in the hall ancd I can talk to her as usual but she didnt have the crystals I gave her before the reinstall.

At the Coronation, I don't believe any of the Companions are "equipped" with any accessories. Just the special-event clothing/armour. they had at the end, Which, for Sha(y)le is... nothing!

[Edit:  I just checked, and while none of the others have any items at all, Sten has Asala on his back.]
