I just purchased the PS3 version of the game brand new 3 days ago. I patched the game, logged-in to PSN, and started the game, after the splash title screen, there was a prompt for me to login to EA servers to use the code and download the cerberus network. But all I got was an error saying "mass effect 2 servers are unavailable at this time blah blah blah" so I tried it again today and I still get the same message. And the box says that the game includes a digital comic for us gamers to read so we will have an idea on what happened during the first game. But I dont see any comics on the extras menu, so I assumed that this should be downloaded as well.
The box also shows that we can access more weapons, items and an extra character by using the code for cerberus network. But how the hell am I supposed to use the code if the servers are down? How long has it been down?
If this is the case then people should sue you guys, we can label you as scammers for ripping us off. Now I want my money back.
Cant use redeem codes, cant login through Mass Effect servers

It's partly the PSN/PS Store's fault. If you wanna sue EA, you should sue Sony too for lazy network security. Before the fanboy's jump on my head, yes it could have happen to any other system, but Sony just made it way too easy.

Activate the code on the store. Start a new game on ME2 and after you get blown up the comic will happen

It does not happen. Done everything, tried everything. The DLC is downloaded and installed, but the comic does not start. And today it stopped logging on the EA server is as well saying that 'Mass Effect Server is not available."
