I'm a new player and I want to use a .mor add on but I don't have a program to run it. What is a good program to use because, frankly, I have no idea.

A .mor file is a character morph file. It depends a bit on which character you wish to alter (your Warden or an NPC)

@lolabean; You don't "run" a .mor file. It's just a bunch of data that the game uses to create a character's appearance.
Assuming you want to use it to change the look of someone else in the game, you simply place the .mor file (ensuring it has the appropriate name for the NPC you want to have it replace) in your:
"/[user's documents]/Bioware/Dragon Age/Packages/core/override" folder.
(If you're trying to change the appearance of "your" Warden, then there are a lot more steps involved...)
