 Thanks to Bogsnot1, I can provide a list of the eye colors available for new characters without using a savegame editor.  Since the odds of anyone considering this list worth pinning are next to nil, I've made a backup copy of the list at docs.google.com/document/pub as well as the list in this post, so if anyone needs to search for it, it'll be available no matter how far down this post ends up.

The list, in order from left to right, is:

• Grey
• Grey-green
• Emerald Green
• Jade Green
• Blue-grey
• Dark Blue
• Violet
• Midnight Blue
• Light Brown
• Medium Brown
• Dark Brown
• Red-brown
• Very Dark Brown
