70£ is truly expensive a completely unjustified price you've got to ask yourself is the bonus content worth the same as an entire game, on amazon you can buy 2 copies of the regular version for less than the ce

This is especially true when the physical items are nothing that special anyway. I was hoping for a reaper figurine or something similar, but an N7 patch? :pinched:

I know, right.  It's laughable.

I was quite interested in the art book and lithographs, but not for £70, tyvm.

EA's favourite motto :pinched:
It allows them to rip off gamers.

Well I preordered it. But its a big hike in price on the ME2 CE which also had artbook/tin ect. All I can see is profiteering and its really frustrating to see. I expect to pay more for it, but I want it to be reasonable for whats included. So far it doesnt look like it

The case better be made from white gold or something to justify this daylight robbery.

That's expensive? Some people are in for a surprise when they get older/a job.

Yes it is expensive for a video game. The extra stuff is nowhere near worth £40.

This. It is Game and EA profiteering, when a collector's edition videogame costs 150% more than a standard edition for a few extra things, something is wrong. Especially when it is far cheaper in the U.S and Canada.

Oh really? Thank you for notifying us Sherlock and adding absolutely nothing useful to the conversation. Some people actually have sense how they spend their money unlike some spoiled brats.

As always Europeans are ****ed. If I get the game from the german Amazon will I get it translated and dubbed in german  ? (no offense to germans)

Which countries does the american amazon ship to in Europe?

At this point I'm actually considering having my american friend pre-ordering the CE and then mailing it to me home. Only bad part is I'll have to wait for a week or month to get it...

I have a job, which is exactly why I'm reluctant to dish out that amount for a video game.

I'm guessing it will be dubbed, or else I would have got it from amazon.de.

Amazon.com ships to Scotland, so I'm guessing they'd do most countries in the EU, but the shipping may end up bringing the price up...

Even with shipping it would probably still end up costing less than it is here :P

shiping from us to eurpoe would have been ~120 dollar = 73 Pounds in total, (for me at least) so no gain

You can try. use your normal amazon login. before finishing order you'll be shown how much all will cost.

Ha!  Probably.  But I doubt you would get it close to the release date, even with expedited.

Edit: Apparently not. xP I checked mine out = £74

the german PC-Version has ever been multilingual, as has the english one or the french one.  normally all discs are the same as there is only a eurpean dvd. Feel free to check it out. Language is selected when choosing setup-language when installing the game.

German version is ~75 Euro = 66,5 Pounds + shiping cost (dunno them) not very effective already.
(+ ugly usk-logo on the front )

Has anyone experience with gamestation.co.uk?

They belong along with game.co.uk to GAMPLAY. However they're still offering ME3 CE (PC) for 59,99 Pounds.

I've never used their website, i'm afraid.

I think, and don't quote me on this, but I think they messed up a LOAD of Dragon Age 2 SE preorders.

So I would only go there as a last resort, really.

Actually in Gamestation.co.uk defence their website only went online properly for like online orders and what not on January 1st of this year.
Or rather they did a major overhaul of the site and payment processing etc.

They fluffed up my preorder for DA2; and GAME.co.uk ended up sending me it.

However they sorted it out very quickly for me once I had contacted them about it; and I had DA2 in my hands the day before it was due for official release. Not that i could play it because of that retarded Release Date Check.
Honestly, what was the point of that exactly? In this, the age of Globalisation, regional release dates and checks preventing playing of a legal copy of a game until said "release date" make little sense.

Sorry for the tangent.

Ah right, thank you.

But I totally agree, I actually got my copy of DA2 on the date of the American release but I had to shelf it until it was "officially" out in the EU. :/

While people who pirate games can play them before they're released. A lot of business policies in the games industry truly baffle me.
