TIM was already working for the Reapers in ME2. The dude is even at the Collector base when you're fighting the end boss (don't know how TIM got out of there though, b/c since I spotted him peaking in, I always blew up the base. Maybe Joker is in on it too

In the demo/interview Casey says TIM is a major player, he is directing Cerberus against Shepard and it is up to Shepard to find out why, in the demo itself Shepard says Cerberus troopers have been indoctrinated, so basically what we all suspected, TIM and Cerberus have been indoctrinated...
To be honest I was hoping for something more interesting and less ascertainable than TIM et al. simply being indoctrinated and having them attack Shepard. I could be wrong but based on what was in the demo and what Hudson said, it seems pretty clear.
Is anyone else disappointed?
