Hello!
I tried Texmod my first time today, it works well but i recognize a high frame drop on certain locations.

For example:

with texture load in texmod
37FPS


without texture loaded in texmod
122FPS


It doesnt matter which texture i load and if the texture is visible or not. In this Example above i load a Zaeed texture.


My rig:

           * Version Information: 1.02

           * intel i5 750 / 4Ghz / 8GB RAM
           * AMD HD6950 / 2GB VRAM / 11.5b Hotfix
           * Creative SB Audigy 2 ZS / 6.0.1.1377

           * Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
           * DirectX 10.0  (Mar2009) or later

texmod version: Beta RS 19.04.2006

The strange thing is that my performance drops in areas that are not even effected. Any idea how to fix it?

If you want support for texmod, I suggest you go to the modding forums. These forums are for the unmodded version of the game.

I suspect it will require a direct PM to a Moderator with whom you have a rapport established . .
