Thumbs up.  That sounds the most accurate right now of all the theories.  It matches thpictures, and it would explain why an amiral is there.

Actually it makes sense, the numbers are in latin, so I suppose that is a human settlement, and there are skycrapers, so is a huge and old city, also it seems that the sun is almost at the top of the sky and even then the enviroment is red and sepia.
