Hello, I bought a Dragon Age Origins, collector's edition, and put the codes to get items from editing ... however, the Blood Armor, does not appear ... the site says this enabled, but the game is not it ... Please, how can I fix this?

Have you connected to Dragon Age server when the game is on? If you've already redeemed the code and connect to the server, you should have it. Unless there is some weird issue, it's time to contact the customer support for that

When you load the main screen for Dragon Age and click the dlc button and active (or something similar) tab, if the Blood Dragon Armor is enabled -which is the impression i get from your post - you should start off with the gloves (i think) in your inventory, the rest im pretty sure can be bought from Bodhan Feddic at party camp.
