Paying $80 dollars for ME3 Collectors, "Better with Kinect" better not be on the Box.

I preordered through amazon.com
it shows that it has that dumb as hell "better with Kinect" purple strip...
it better not be that way.....

I really need someone in the upper echelons of marketing to help me with this one guys.

This BS better not be on my box

Well it's not a big deal to me, but would seem pointless to put a banner with kinect on the dvd box when it is inside another box.

I don't think BioWare gets to make that kind of decision for the general box. Though I'm sure the tin case won't have that stuff on it.

It's not a minor issue to a collector, and game librarian. /pointless snobbery

I really just don't want it on my cover Bioware. That's all. Put it on the regular if you must, but negotiate to not have it on the Collector's Edition cover please.

To the community, please make a stink. For me if not for yourselves. It really does detract from overall art of the cover. /pleading

If this CE is anything like the ME2 CE, that won't be on the actual metal case that contains the game disc. So you could always throw away the plastic slip with 'Better with Kinect' on it.

I'm in complete agreement with you, though. And no, it's not 'better' with Kinect. I'm tired of these stupid gimmicky peripherals.

Don't see what the big deal is with it; I don't have Kinect and won't ever use it. Its only a small decal on the box, I really see no reason to make a big deal out of it rather than simply ****ing for ****ing's sake. Especially since the game is not due for release until March, 2012 so, thus, you cannot possibly know how it will actually affect it. Besides, I can tell from E3 Demo that the remote's controls have not been busted up due to the inclusion of Kinect.

Also, I doubt anyone will raise hell about it just for you; if they don't like it then that is the only time they'll say anything about it. If you realize this and you're still telling people to do it for you and not for themselves then that is incredibly selfish.

In short>>>>Find something worth complaining about while adding reasons why you think your point of view is valid. Make sure it isn't something you have no knowledge of beyond "It is in ME3".
