Figured I'd start this up to keep people informed about any issues the game still has after 1.02.  Feel free to post any issues you have or confirm/deny any I have listed and I'll try to keep this thread updated.

Quest Related
  • Act of Mercy stays uncompleted in the rumors section; stays there throughout the game.
  • During the final battle with Meredith, Aveline with the Indomitable talent is still not affected by Meredith's stunning attack that she does pre-speech.
  • After completing Sketchy on the Details, Sketch doesn't leave and the quest marker stays over his head.
  • In Act III, final Fenris/Merrill Questioning Beliefs quests not activating even though they appear in journal.
  • Best Served Cold and Reigning It In - if you search the quest-related body before all enemies are dead, you will be unable to complete the quest.
  • No Rest for the Wicked - After getting to the meeting place at the docks, all enemies appear to be dead but Hawke can't talk to Isabela to continue the quest.
  • Stuttering audio during The Last Straw.
  • During the Last Straw, Anders still not siding with the Templars with max rivalry (Need confirmation that this is happening on new playthroughs after the patch).

Import
  • Zevran does not recognize romance with the Warden.
  • Grey Warden Alistair does not recognize romance with the Warden.
  • Codex entries for Origins love interests not reflecting romance status.
Everything Else
  • Hawke looking up instead of looking at the person she or he is talking to.
  • Companion banter cutting short when they say something without prompting, i.e. after an enemy encounter or completing a quest.
  • Blood Mage Hawke and Merrill complaining about being low on mana even though they don't use it.
  • Issues with game randomly skipping/pausing/freezing/stuttering.  It's possible some of this is caused by playing while logged into the EA servers.
  • Enemies stay alive even when health is at zero. This is caused by attacking enemies during their 'entrance animation'
  • Rogues not being able to spin daggers or bows.  The sound is there, but no animation.
  • The Sunder talent is broken.  After taking it, the next time the game loads the bonus will be taken away.
  • Anders casting regroup when no ally has fallen.
  • Graphical issues with cinematic bars in cutscenes.
  • The Arishok becomes stuck in the pillars or the door during the duel at the end of Act 2.
  • Issues with naming Hawke and the mabari hound.
  • Varric is able to equip the shield Defender of the Wall; unable to equip Bianca after.
  • The staff 'Final Thought' still does physical damage instead of nature.
  • Isabela's romance outfit is still bugged; still needs Maker's Sigh to fix.
  • Bethany's ring from Item Pack II does not level with Bethany.

To correct the Sunder Bug, it's broken without maker's sigh. You take it, save, and load, and the bonus from it is gone. Using a maker's sigh causes you to actually go into the negative because the (nonexistent) bonus is removed.

Zevran still shows up in Act 3 even though I killed him

THe Sunder bug seems random I took Maker's sigh prior to getting the Sunder Talemt and a couple hours into the game I have -10% crit chance

I've heard conflicting reports about this.  I read a post a couple hours ago that said he DIDN'T show up.  Can anyone else weigh in?

The graphics especially with fire,show through everythign else,even through the black lines on screen. Yep zevran still bugged. Avaline mentions 'her guards' in act one before she is guard captain (meh minor issue)

Report that Zevran didn't show up after killing him in Origins. Very weird.

You mentioned Sunder but I'm having a problem with Maker's Sigh when used on a character with Sunder already. It causes the critical chance to go negative. In my case it is -8 using the default dex for warrior Hawke.

We also need to add the game randomly pausing/freezing every couple of seconds to the list.

Also confirming the enemies alive at 0 health bug.

Though I haven't had any serious game-impairing issues since 1.02, I'm still yearning for a Codex-fix for imports--namely Leliana's, as that's the only one I've had a glaring issue with (and it's got me flustered about the possibility of the flags not carrying over right into any future DLC). The inconsistency. It burns us, precious.

Also, as folks have mentioned I've been getting graphical issues with cut-scenes. The fire shooting into the margins and what not in graphic-intensive sequences. And in some conversations, it'll be a goldish color. On top of that, I started noticing sound-issues in areas embroiled by groups (such as the Qunari Siege). Stuttering and the like. And in some dialogs, the NPCs will move their mouths but no sound will come out. I don't know if it's patch related--or just my hardware--but I thought I'd throw it out there. It's not that big of a deal. Doesn't damper my enjoyment much...






... But the Codex issue does. :mellow:

 I've noticed the texture of the walls and floors occasionally not showing up in Darktown, Merrill's house and some dungeons.

What are the specific issues with the codex entries?

I don't think Maker's sigh is bugged I think its just the talent Sunder,

I created a character without using Maker's sigh and as soon as I re-loaded a save I have -10% crit chance.

Maybe its DLC that is causing this bug

I left all three of my characters' The Last Straw quests until this patch was released, so did them all one after another and found the combat on the way through Lowtown stuttering very badly every time, so this seems like a consistent bug for me.

Also, I can attest to "Dual-wielding rogues not being able to spin daggers".

I started the game this week - it installed the latest patch.

One large bug that has happened twice: I looked at my stats and saw that I'd lost 10% of my base Critical Chance.

Edit: ah, my first post here (signed up to post it and everything!) and I think I messed up. I'm a fool. My rogue's Precision ability was being deactivated at certain points. I'd been walking around with +10% critical chance most of the time.

Just a note, Matt, you might want to put on the bullets the common issues with the Cinematic Bars during cut-scenes.

That's all that comes to mind for me.

According to the DA wiki, the Codex (regarding Leliana) is supposed to reflect your status with her.

Those are the various entry-changes. The game only gives you the unromanced Codex-entry, even if The Warden romanced her in Origins. I can't confirm whether or not the 'dead' or 'unrecruited' entries show up as intended, as I've never had a playthrough where I did either to her. It's not a major issue (assuming it doesn't affect the romance-flag), but it is irritating.

I can add that I did two separate playthroughs with two different imports where I killed Zevran (I must really hate that guy . . .) and Zevran did NOT show up.

I'm starting to wonder, is this due to perhaps using playthroughs that had bugged imports? In other words, do you have to do a new import and a new playthrough for the bugfixes to work?

I didn't have the ability to name the dog, and the temporary immortal status of enemies frequently happened.

Here's a new one for me. I'm getting Anders casting Regroup in the middle of a fight when no allies are dead. It's set to cast with the Ally: Dead tactic. My Hawke is a Shadow/Assassin Rogue and it seem like he's attempting to cast it when my Decoy is destroyed. I don't see any graphical evidence of the spell but it shows up under his life/mana bars (where is shows what your allies are currently doing) and triggers the cooldown on it.

Kind of annoying when he does it and then an ally dies later in the fight and it's on cooldown.

There is a giant game breaking bug in the main story line.

In the third last mission "Best Served Cold" you are supposed to break up a secret meeting in Hightown at night, and then search the bodies afterwards, but:

If you search the main body before all is dead, then the game wont register that you found them. And you can't progress.
The problem is that there are a side alley in the area, and if one of your companions manage to lure the last enemy in there you can freely loot all other bodies.

There are several ways to fix this:
Let the last enemy killed have the papers.
Make it impossible to search the enemy with the papers before you're supposed to (You're companions will tell you usually)
Or the easiest solution is to give the papers as a reward automatically after the fight is over.
