Figured I'd start this up to keep people informed about any issues the game still has after 1.02.  Feel free to post any issues you have or confirm/deny any I have listed and I'll try to keep this thread updated.

Quest Related
  • Act of Mercy stays uncompleted in the rumors section; stays there throughout the game.
  • During the final battle with Meredith, Aveline with the Indomitable talent is still not affected by Meredith's stunning attack that she does pre-speech.
  • After completing Sketchy on the Details, Sketch doesn't leave and the quest marker stays over his head.
  • In Act III, final Fenris/Merrill Questioning Beliefs quests not activating even though they appear in journal.
  • Best Served Cold and Reigning It In - if you search the quest-related body before all enemies are dead, you will be unable to complete the quest.
  • No Rest for the Wicked - After getting to the meeting place at the docks, all enemies appear to be dead but Hawke can't talk to Isabela to continue the quest.
  • Stuttering audio during The Last Straw.
  • During the Last Straw, Anders still not siding with the Templars with max rivalry (Need confirmation that this is happening on new playthroughs after the patch).

Import
  • Zevran does not recognize romance with the Warden.
  • Grey Warden Alistair does not recognize romance with the Warden.
  • Codex entries for Origins love interests not reflecting romance status.
Everything Else
  • Hawke looking up instead of looking at the person she or he is talking to.
  • Companion banter cutting short when they say something without prompting, i.e. after an enemy encounter or completing a quest.
  • Blood Mage Hawke and Merrill complaining about being low on mana even though they don't use it.
  • Issues with game randomly skipping/pausing/freezing/stuttering.  It's possible some of this is caused by playing while logged into the EA servers.
  • Enemies stay alive even when health is at zero. This is caused by attacking enemies during their 'entrance animation'
  • Rogues not being able to spin daggers or bows.  The sound is there, but no animation.
  • The Sunder talent is broken.  After taking it, the next time the game loads the bonus will be taken away.
  • Anders casting regroup when no ally has fallen.
  • Graphical issues with cinematic bars in cutscenes.
  • The Arishok becomes stuck in the pillars or the door during the duel at the end of Act 2.
  • Issues with naming Hawke and the mabari hound.
  • Varric is able to equip the shield Defender of the Wall; unable to equip Bianca after.
  • The staff 'Final Thought' still does physical damage instead of nature.
  • Isabela's romance outfit is still bugged; still needs Maker's Sigh to fix.
  • Bethany's ring from Item Pack II does not level with Bethany.

Sounds like a good idea, and now that someone else has the post I can ninja add my own things to the list!

The bug is affected by the spawning animations. Legacy still has the same issue but since enemies spawn around corners and run in, for the most part, this timing issue is a non-factor. There is at least one fight where you'll see this happen if you can kill fast enough.
