There is also a similar bug in the side mission "Reining It In".

After you kill everybody, including Jess Varvel, the Map Marker do not move even after you loot her body, so the quest can't be completed.¨

I actually encountered two bugs in this one:

I'm a mage, so on my first try I took out all enemies with ranged attacks on high ground. The last one, the Raider assassin, finally ran up to us, so neither I or my companions ever moved. So when I went down to talk to Isabela, there were no cut scene, and Isabela just gave the companion reply.

So I tried again. But this time an enemy got stuck somewhere. (Maybe in the "teleport" animation.) I think somewhere close to the platform outside of the office but on ground level. I could only hear him roar, and Isabel was in a never ending loop of jumping back and forth in front of the platform.

I'm getting the graphical errors in mine, too. Some companion quests aren't working, either: Questioning Beliefs for Fenris (after "Alone"), and QB for Merrill after "A New Path" shows up in my journal, but the marker won't appear and she won't let me talk to her.

Two bugs I have that aren't on this list:

1) Act of Mercy is uncompleted in the rumors section, stays there throughout the game

2) Sketchy on the details- Sketch doesn't leave and still has the quest marker on his head. Quest is marked as completed.

Also just got to the end of the game. QB didn't show up for Fenris, so I never got back together with him and completed the romance and he sided with Meredith against me. I had to kill him, but Varric still said we ran off into the hills together. On the other hand, that does add an interesting necrophilia angle to Hawke's characterization.

I'd put this on here, but the reason this doesn't work is because of a bug in Origins, not DAII.

I'm assuming you maxed friendship or rivalry with him? Just making sure before I put it on.

Ever since the patch, my party members will not attack. I'm having to solo all fights while they just stand back and look stupid. Has anyone else had this issue?

I was 5-10 points away from maxing out rivalry when I did the quest with his sister. I've done both rival and friendship romances with him before with that much of a gap to the end or more because I tended to do it early in Act III.

The only way around it is to have Anora grant the boon, which means making her queen or having Alistair and Anora marry while sparing Loghain.

Only 1 issue with the normal battles, the whole group can slaughter a simple skeleton and it retains a slice of 'life' and won't die, until I back Hawke off. It's actually funny as hell watching the thing get beaten to death for the ...2nd time? No other issues since day 1, four complete playthrough's.

Some of the items in the list happened to me on my latest (fresh) playthrough after 1.02 patch, from the master list:

- After completing Sketchy on the Details, Sketch doesn't leave and the quest marker stays over his head.
- Zevran does not recognize romance with the Warden.
- Grey Warden Alistair does not recognize romance with the Warden.
- Codex entries for Origins love interests not reflecting romance status.
- Issues with game randomly skipping/pausing/freezing/stuttering (any other adjectives?) ;)
- Enemies stay alive even when health is at zero. This is caused by attacking enemies during their 'entrance animation

Other issues:

I noticed over the past couple of days is that Aveline's health meter is sporadically not accurate. After completion of a couple of different fights, her health was still at half, and never regenerated (visually, anyway). I cast Heal on her, and it still never budged. This happened at least twice that I recall. When I checked her stats, she was at 100%.

Texture issues (completely white surfaces) during two instances:
- Hightown, right before Arishok fight at the end of Act 2
- Templar Hall, endgame, Act 3. This one was weird. I was trying on the demonic robes acquired in the chests in the Templar Hall, and when I went back to the game, my champion armor was completely white. I reloaded the autosave, and it was still white. I quite the game, reloaded, still white. I had to turn the XBox off and load an earlier save for it to display correctly.

During the Orsino endgame fight, Isabela was stuck in the hallway, on the other side of the fire barrier, and just stood there until it was time to move to the templar hall. (Hopefully that's not normal? I hadn't noticed it in my 7 other playthroughs, lol).

I think that's it.

Edit: Supplier Achievement is still not working (all ingredients found "in the wild", and not from the BE, too).

also need to add supplier achievement still seems to broken i have 66/66 and no achievement pop up so might wanna take a look at this again

I've noticed this as well with a few different enemies and I believe I know the issue. This only seems to happen if enemies are quickly dispatched after they spawn.

In the patch, the gameplay balance change that "gives a few moments before enemies attack" has likely caused this bug. My guess is, there is a programming delay in the enemies being "born" (active) so the game is not registering them as alive OR dead until their ai/ tactics kick in, i think it's somewhat more complicated than that with the whole "hearbeat" mechanic but i won't get into that. Suffice to say that I believe it is somewhat dependant on movement, which would explain why they can suddenly be killed when you back off for a second or two.

2 of my imports are from wardens that killed Zev. He showed up in DA2 in each game.

How can he not appear (correctly) for some and then show up for others? Something isn't adding up here.

I'm playing through not on a fresh started game with the most recent patch and decided this Hawke would eventually turn Anders down when asked to go to the Chantry in Act 3. After I tell him I won't act as a diversion, his questioning beliefs quest comes up still, the marker for the quest is over his head, but I can't select it. He's still selectable as a companion as well which I'm not sure is a bug or not seeing this is the first time I've turned him down. Has anyone with a fresh post-newest patch tried this and gotten the same error?

Also, occasionally I get fire from behind Varric in the letterbox area when speaking with him at the Hanged Man.

Merrill's "Mourning" conversation still autocompletes. I had a GW Carver and as soon as I gained control of my character I see it marked in the journal as completed.

If you romance fenris, then issabella, then anders.In the anders conversation when he first comes to your house, he willmention fenris, then when you select 'it meant nothing' fem hawke will say 'she meant nothing to me'. Yeah minor issue..I know
