Isabela's act three codex entry ("The last three years") is still messed up - showing the entry for friends only and romanced one after the other. In other word both "Don't read too much into it" and "It was always about you" entries.

Had one yesterday. At the end of act 2 on the way to the keep I had an invisible enemy follow me. It wasnt hitting me but I could see it on the mini map and could not get out of combat till I had killed every enemy in Lowtown. The warden meeting still happened though so it was not game breaking, just annoying as I had to then go the whole way back to loot everything. Also, not sure if its intentional but the mage on the wounded coast, in the Bounty Hunter quest teleports really far away while fighting him, the whole way down to where the warden supply drop is in act 1. Took me ages to find him again. Thought he had compeletly vanished and the quest would be unable to be completed. Also the sliver of enemy health and no rogue spinning daggers thing too. Could name my dog though so not all bad!

According to Luke they're not even working on it: probably too busy with the upcoming DLC. I wouldn't expect anything before September.

Agreed. Bug fixing should be a consistant priotrity when the community does not have access to a toolset to fix issues themselves. Especially when new bugs are introduced with a new patch.

However..I do believe there was a solid effort to do this up until this point, and I'm sure they are way behind schedule for DLC related releases so I am somewhat understanding if this be the case. But at least fix sunder in the meantime please.

Bugs I've noticed:

Zevran doesn't register a romance with the Warden

The weapon Final Thought still has the physical damage type.


Playthrough begun after the latest patch was released.

Isabela left my party because I had not secured the needed friendship/rivalry. Her attack bonus is showing up on my abilities screen even though she is gone, and I can still "see" her equipment and upgrade it at the enchanting station. Does anyone know if the Sebastian/Isabela bug was fixed? I thought it had been fixed earlier. I installed the game on the hard drive quite a while ago. Should I uninstall and reinstall everything?

@Captain_Obvious: The previous patch fixed the Isabela/Sebastian glitch... I have no idea if the new patch introduced a new problem, but I have first hand knowledge that even if the Thumbs Up icon appears occasionally when she's not with you, it isn't going to ruin your character.

Sometimes, that icon would linger, but it isn't altering your stats... and it should go away on its own.

In the last act, Anders did not side with the Templars even though he was at full rivalmance. This was a new playthrough created post patch. The audio staggers,and goes fuzzy when your fighting your way to the gallows, in the 'last straw'

I understand they're working on DLC now, but I could've sworn the patch team was different from the content team anyway...I mean, even though the pressure is off with all the major bugs released, surely they could fix the rogue-animation? It's kind of obnoxious, and I figure a few more tweaks could be made while we're essentially...waiting.

Arishok keeps getting stuck in the door or the pillar when you duel him in Act 2. Doesn't matter if I am a mage or a rogue. It makes him easy to kill because he doesn't move, but I'm betting it isn't intended.

I just encountered the naming Hawke thing. Its like the button/interactive thing doesn't even exist and is just an underlined thing. Great, just when I had a game-breaking bug fixed for me (the Zevran alive/dead import glitch) fixed, I come across a new game-breaking one.

Unless I find a fix I can do myself, or someone tells me of one, I'm gonna sell this game.

Man, now that they've announced new DLC, I hope to god they'll be willing to do one last patch before it releases, or maybe with the release? Patch + All the Fixes?

You are very optimistic. :)

I would assume that the next patch is probably being worked on alongside the DLC (different teams, yes?), so it shouldn't be outside the realm of possibility.

Getting some visual glitches occasionally. I had Aveline in my party and she had a head, hands, and feet, but all of her armour was gone. Floating head syndrome I guess. Weapons in my companion selection screen are also occasionally disappearing, or floating somewhere away from whom they belong to. I had one of the qunari in the Last Straw show up with armour with no color or texture, just flat grey. This morning I had an episode on the Docks while going to do Aveline's act 3 companion quest where the walls immediately opposite the encounter area were white. No texture, very spotty. Maybe my 360 is finally dying.

Maybe it's getting close to dying? If that is the case, so is mine. I've had those exact same issues on our old 360 - once, Sebastian was just a floating head (a bald head, at that), and a bow. No matter how many times I reloaded, it kept happening. I also had that with trying on a new mage outfit I'd received near the end of the game in the Templar Hall. Once I put it on, the texture was gone, and displayed in white.

The only way I've found to fix it is to actually turn off the 360 and start it up again. I tried reloading, quitting DA2 and restarting, logging out, etc., etc., etc. before that, to no avail. A reboot is the only thing that ever helps me (plus you have to load something from right before it started happening).

Very annoying, but for now, I'm attributing it to the age of our XBox. Perhaps it's the case with yours too...?

These texture issues are probably a result of the crappy memory size of the 360. Hopefully DAIII will be on the next Xbox... at least a higher-res, optimized version of DAIII anyway.

2 of my imports are from wardens that killed Zev. He showed up in DA2 in each game.


Did you get Finding Nathaniel quest also.

The only time Zevran has been properly imported dead for me was when I got the Fool's gold quest.
That playthrough flagged Nathaniel as dead because I I didn't bring him to the Mother's lair.

This does not seem that far out there, hopefully it will happen; even if it was a fix for some of the smaller problems, it would be appreciated.

The invincible zero health enemies are what's stopping me from playing at the moment... sooooo annoying. Really liked what I saw and heard about Legacy today, so hopefully there's a patch shortly after it comes out.

If you don't mind me asking, what did you hear about Legacy? was it something new?

I actually just started my first playthrough over... I fell into the attack speed loss bug back in march, and have been waiting for the patches for plot troubles to be sorted out; hopefully there won't be any serious problems!
