Looks like the Salarian Councilor, quite a bit imo. Maybe Shepard brings the council on board and shows them that the Reapers are real. Then renegade Shepard can falcon punch the Turian councilor if he gets out of hand =D

My Shepard doesn't like hooded figures on his ship.. But it does indeed resemble a Salarian body structure.

It's Obi Wan Kenobi.

Seriously, it does look like the Salarian Councilor. It would be so sweet if you could make the Turian Councilor eat his words, several times over. I'll bet the contrary old bird stays behind to get indoctrinated just to spite you though.

Don't know how people can even have a little doubt, that is the Salarian councilor, no doubt about it. If not the councilor, then easily recognizable as a Salarian.

A shady figures...well could be random Salarian in robe with hooded but if he is the Councilor. What he's doing on Normandy probably related to Salarian homeworld mission.

They way I understood it, the Salarian council member was the one that wanted to believe you the most out of the three, with the Asari not really caring and Turian flat-out rejecting the Reapers.

Oh, God...I don't know if I can handle having the council ****ing and moaning in my ear every time I'm on the Normandy. I can see them now...sneering over Shepard's shoulder wherever she goes...dismissing every comment she makes...

Seriously, though...I do like the salarian councilor. I'm really not quite sure how I would like having the entire council set up shop on my ship, though. It's not so easy to cut off a transmission when they're in the same room...and I don't think a Shepard!Punch will be an appropriate rebuttal. :P

Neither of them believed Shepard truth be told... The salarian council member said that it was most likely someone connected to Saren feeding misinformation, since he probably still had contacts inside the Citadel.

I was musing in #me3 on mibbit earlier that the other two councilors could have kicked the bucket in the wake of the Reaper assault, leaving only the salarian councilor to be rescued. There would be a scene in which he admits the Council buried all the evidence for the so-called good of galactic society but he's now certain they made a grievous error and he wishes to atone for the Council's sins by genuinely helping.

And if the human Council exists instead, it could be... I don't know, Udina. And you'd just smack him a few times for good measure.

Salarian councilmember was always my favorite.

That would be...interesting, to say the least, if one of the council members indeed visits the Normandy. Probably something about Sur'Kesh. Maybe the STG.

That would actually be pretty cool, but it would be a shame if we don't get a chance to throw the air quotes back at the Turian council member. :P

When you think about it, the Normandy is probably the safest place for them to go, assuming the Citadel has been overrun. You never know.

I'd stick 'em in the hold... the Asari Councilor can share my quarters though, :-D

It doesn't look like the emblem's on his clothes though.
