Were the all wiped out by the time taht the game starts or will we still encounter more of them?
Are there still batarians in ME3?

There were Batarians on Omega, and they settled other systems besides the one you destroyed.

Even if their planets get wiped out, there are tons in the Terminus Systems, they'd be an endangered species, but you'll still see them.
