Can you access to the ruin area? If yes, you can complete the Juggernaut armor set.
About the adding items, as I mentioned before: no way!!!!

nope, can't access Ruins, it just give option to complete Nature of the Beast

as a final update, thanks to all above - the solution for me came from lionalio87's directions where i could find help downloading the developer console and from TheBigMatt90's suggestions as to how to make the console visible and how to add the werewolf pelt to my inventory - once i was finally able to do that, the hermit would talk to me and enchanted the pelt and i was able to pass into the Ruins - so, once again, THANK YOU ALL for your help - blessings on you all!!!

It's nice to see that you can enter the ruins again. That is one of my favorite areas of the game, and is also where you can find the Juggernaut armor as well as unlock the arcane warrior spec. You'd be missing out unless you began another playthrough.
