I'm thinking the Alliance while playing around with the Normandy in ME3 should give Boo better quarters while their there....one of those clear plastic cages with all the tunnels and tubes, etc...Boo's quarters really do bite as it stands now...

Ingame they speak about "uplifted" animals ingame or in the codex.

I would totally love to have Boo a nonverbal advisor

I am sorry, but Boo is very much a verbal advisor. Only Minsc and Shepard can understand him.

I support this, though I doubt it would happen unless it is easier than I think to implement.

I play on Xbox so it took a while for me to hear Boo's squeak. Pretty amusing actually.

The robot dog apparently looks like those round headed mobile cannon things we killed a lot of in ME2, particularly on Thane's recruitment mission in that tower where they were killing Salarians. A cannon with legs almost, not dog like at all.

I think they should do one better for boo. They should have plastic tubes spreading out across all parts of the ship allowing boo to scurry around to any room his tiny heart desires.
