How can you see on what planets you been?

Hey titel says it all is there a way to see what planets you "scanned" etc already?
Or did i just watched over it ?

I tend to just make a rule of always scanning from the center out.

I actually had a notebook, and I wrote down each one as I completed it.
If there was something I didn't finish right away for some reason, I put an asterisk next to it, then crossed it off later.
The next time I play, I'll just haul out the notebook and check 'em off again.  I can't stand to leave anything undone.

To answer the question, no there is none, me2 added the % complete on the system, but even that was not enough.
