ok i do not know if this  asari  in the ce of mass effect 3 is   Liara  or  Samara or a new  asari   squad member

Yep, as Bogsnot1 said it's Liara. If you don't buy the CE there's no Liara in ME3.

That isn't Samara's outfit. It is just Liara's labcoat-armor in red. The only thing it has in common with Samara's outfit is the color.

It's a colour swap of her battle lab coat isn't it? With a tiara, for some unknown reason.

Problem is, no one ever said this is a justicar outfit. It just happens to look like Samara's a bit. This does not make it a 'justicar outfit'...

No Samara outfir, no "tiara" (the base of her hair is a little lighter and has always been). Just her normal outfit from LotSB in red.

Basically, a recolor that can be made possible via texmod, if you play on pc, heh. There are several of those available for ME2 already .

A little dissapointing as far as collectable extras go, but hey, it's an -extra-. If it can be modded on female Shepard without too much hassle, it'll make a good adept armor.

I didn't expect something better, I just HOPED (I know it's false hope) people would actually think for themselves and verify their sources and look around before they assume something and make a big post about this on the forums.

If that is how it looks in game, I won't have Liara wear that.  Urgh.  Not liking the red at all.

i look at liara's from me1 and me2 and Lair of the Shadow Broker and the one thing that make me ! is this asari has well not a liara's head and the body it do not look like liara's body it look like Samara's body and the head look a bit like Samara's head too but it just not feel like it liara's in this pic

It's the same exact color scheme as Samara's outfit. Maybe if Liara and Samara were two characters from different games I'd believe it was a happy coincidence, but I do not believe that color scheme is an accident.

That doesn't, of course, make Liara a Justicar. It's just a homage to the one we already know.
