If that is how it looks in game, I won't have Liara wear that.  Urgh.  Not liking the red at all.

That's two of us. It's just not her style. I hope ME3 will have armor customization, so I can make her white&blue.

Her default appearance, so far, is the white and blue armor from LotSB. (although face appearance is not clear yet)

It's an additional costume.  It's part of the advertisement for the Alternate Appearance Pack.  James Vega is the doofus next to her - he's not a DLC squadmate either.

No, that is definitely the 'tiara', especially apparent when you look at the high res image that's with the Kaidan & Ashley.
