I know it's a topic already discussed, but I just found this article here, and I was glad to hear that they are considering it =)
http://www.officialn...s-effect-wii-u/

Some have said that that's a confirmation, to me it's nothing really, but the possibility of more Mass Effect, even if it's another story, with another kind of gameplay and all, is already there, and what can I say, the idea of more Mass Effect, plus being able to use the WiiU's possibilities with it, kind of makes me happy xD

But I understand that there's some that would hate the idea of Mass Effect in Nintendo, so, what's your view on the topic?

-Please, don't start a console war or anything, if you don't like Nintendo I think that's fine and totally understandable, but you don't really need to bash it in order to make your point clear ^^

Eh. I'm iffy about it. Never really liked the whole Wii controller thing. And I don't even think Mass Effect should have left 360 in the first place so yeah. But hey, if it's good, I might give it a chance as long as they stick to the canon and don't do anything completely retarded with it.

I would hate that Nintendo got a Mass Effect title that no one else got.

I'm on 360, so I had the thing from the beginning. Now that PC and PS3 are on board, it'd SUCK if none of the three had access to a game that was exclusive to the Wii just because of the Wii-U thing(which in my opinion is weird).

If it's available at lauch and suitably epic I may be forced to fork out for the WiiU though they do seem to be aiming for more 3rd party support this time round.

ME exclusive to the Wii seems unlikely as I'm not convinced EA and Ninty would strike that kind of deal but if it's for a future game or possibly a port at some stage it could be good. I need to see more of the WiiU before I can make a solid decision.

I personally wouldn't mind something like they did with the Dead Space franchise, the wii game, although wasn't as good (at least to me) as the original one, was a great candy for those who, like me, only had a wii ^^

Even if it happens, I doubt it's ME3, since they already made it for PS3, X360 and PC. And the files wouldn't go over. Besides, they can't release the whole trilogy for Wii U since Microsoft has the publishing right of ME1, and that one didn't get to PS3. So i doubt it.

Now, a ME spin-off, that's more like it.

If the game is Wii only, then who cares. You think you do now. But there are so many games that have been console exclusive. Gears of war, Halo, Infamous, God of war, Heavy rain, Demon's soul etc etc... After some time has passed no one cares. Its all in the hype.

If at least these two were in PC... TTnTT

But I agree kind of, besides I dunno, but I don't have an iPhone (or Android whatever it is) to play the games that came out for them, and I would like to play them of course, but well, they are spin-offs, so my care is limited heh

As long as they keep the main franchise, which they'll do, in the main consoles it was born for, I'm more than happy.

As for "it shouldn't have gone to PS3", I don't know, I don't see why it should have stayed xbox exclusive either. EA is a third party afterall.

Does this means we could see Shepard in Nintendo's next Super Smash Brothers? lol
