Biotic abilities are activated using a technique called "physical
mnemonics", in which the biotic uses a physical gesture to cause neurons
to fire in a certain sequence, sending an electrical charge through
their eezo nodules and creating the desired effect.

Perhaps flipping the bird for a biotic warp?

Wouldn't it be kinda difficult to control your character while performing the required gestures? Would be immensely cool if this was actually implemented in the game, even if I could nto take advantage of it as a PC player.

Depends on ME3 gameplay, I guess? Judging from how ME2 played out, no it would not be.
