forgive me if this is old news to some.

i've heard it mentioned a few times during E3 that this will be the end of this story arc/triology for shepard. i know of the rumor that was/is going around regarding a ME mmo. is there any news for future story arcs at all, regardless of platform? even if it's other media, graphic novels, movie, etc. i love this story and really don't wanna see it end.

there's an animated film out and allegedly a feature film in development....the 3 novels (and a fourth due in the fall) have always been based on ME events, but aren't totally related to shep

it's probably been too profitable of a franchise to abandon completely.....my hope/thought is that bioware jumps ahead a number years and you have to save the galaxy from a different threat....

Or they could backpedal and have a game centered around the First Contact war. Get to meet Ash' granddad and such.

I highly doubt they are going to just throw out such a rich universe that could easily produce a vast number of unique and wonderful spinoffs. Also, there is just way too much money to be made off of us crazed Mass Effect fanboys.

I personally would welcome Master of Orion styled strategy game set in ME universe.
But there is a ton of possibilities for games, books, comic books, TV series and movies (Garrus's time as Archangel, story of another Spectre, sotry of a group of survivors on earth during the Reaper attack, Gillian's adventures with the quarians...)

I think being able to play a main character that is a different race would be fun I want to play as an Asari  in a game and shape an action/rpg game around that

Prequels are getting old fast. Too many franchises take that route.
