My idea: You will play as Legion, who has been found, repaired and upgraded in his "Shepardesque"-Character.

Just think about the LI sex-scenes:wizard:

... more than just interracial :D

It's been confirmed dozens upon dozens of times that you can't play ME3 with a Shepard-dead save file from ME2.

You play ME3 with no import.

Then there is no Mass Effect 3.

There should be a giant header somewhere here. "DEAD SHEPARD SAVES ARE NOT IMPORTABLE, KTHNXBYE."

Seriously, it's annoying as heck.

*yawn* seems I have overslept something ...-_-

I just remember Bioware saying for ME2, that Shepard can actually die and it will have an influence on what

character you will play in ME3.

Seems they had no original or interesting idea for what to give in that situation, so they gave up... <_<

Well NOW they can take my idea and at least implement it in an DLC !  :police:

I don't recall them ever saying it would 'have an influence on what character you play in ME3', personally. *shrug*

It is logical that you can't import that save and the Reapers win the war.

Bioware said that if Shepard dies, that story ends. That's about it, really. Never was a promise you'd get a whole new protagonist.

If Shep dies in ME2, he doesn't go on to ME3. You either start over or go in with a "canon" Shep. I wouldn't do the latter.

But really? You have to work hard to get Shep killed. And I mean on purpose.

You put the disc in, import your 'dead Shepard' save, a huge text appears on your TV that says, EPIC FAIL. GO PLAY ME2 AGAIN.

There is... sort of. One of the 'tips' you receive during ME2 loading screens says :"Import your save file into Mass Effect 3, if you survive"

One would think this is enough clarification since there's no way you can miss this message in an entire playthrough... *Sigh*

I was referring to some quotes by Devs of Bioware, where they stated that you would take on another character if you lost Shepard in the end-game and import that save in ME3.

That infos were way after the ME2 release if I remember right.

Ofc this isnt very important <3

To be honest, I don't remember them saying this, but I could be wrong.  I always took the "shepard dies" ending as a message telling you to "play again and do better next time".

You play as Joker. You get -90% storm speed and health but this is compensated by enemies ignoring you in combat and shooting your companions first.

... and for everytime you shoot a weapon you fracture one of your bones.

Makes "Ammo-Limitation" changed into "Shooting-Limitation".

How many bones do Humans have? About 200? lol

Then we probably play as James Vega because what is the logic of implementing a new character in the last game if not that one.

Any dev comment I've ever seen on the matter said how you couldn't import an ME2 game where Shepard died. I don't know where you're getting your supposed dev comments from!

The Mass Effect games is STRICTLY Shepard's story.

That's what Bioware says. They said you could have died... but it was really hard or almost intentional for that to happen. And it's equivilant to losing n my eyes, since the story just ends there. You have no idea what happened without Shepard. So no DLC with character for ME3... it'd just be impossible since some people may have died or never met them.

Damn If you'd bother to read the tips on loading screens or did a quick search, your answer would be obvious.
