E3 has drawn to a close and both Mass Effect 3 and Star Wars: The Old Republic had a great show. Along with all of the new information about the games, we used E3 to launch the BioWare Pulse, our BioWare TV channel. The BioWare Pulse brought you interviews with BioWare notables, like Ray & Greg, Casey, and Daniel, it brought you behind the scenes glimpses at the E3 demos and we even did a live question and answer with fans of both ME3 and SWTOR. If you missed any of the 5 episodes, you can watch them here.

What we want to know is, did you like BioWare Pulse?

We want to make BioWare Pulse TV a regular occurrence here at BioWare with information about our games, our different studios, the people who work here and more. WHile we will do more filming at conventions and appearances, we want to know how much you liked BioWare Pulse and what else you would liek to see. What did we do right? What would you change? What else would you liek to see in a future episode?

We want your feedback, so please let us know your thoughts below. Thanks everyone. :)

Love it!! Good job Bioware. Yes, keep going with this. I enjoyed seeing the demos, hearing about features and characters, and also the behind the scenes footage. Knowing more of what goes into making these games immerses me a little more, in a good way, into the game and development. Yep, truly enjoyable and looking forward to more from BWTV *Bookmark!!*

As long as it stays as something permanent I'm all for it. It'll be shame if at the end it shows up to be JUST another mean to hype out Mass Effect 3, if you guys can ceep it updated from time to time with user-content (constant gamer -> developer questions, player made videos, fanart showcases) mixed up with BioWare interviews and content it has potential.

"Keep your fingers on the pulse"

I wouldn't mind if you guys keep doing it. I'm always up for more info.

I thought it was Keep your pulse on the finger...wait no your right! :)

Joking aside, I agree with what has been said.  As long as it's something new about ME3 (and not super spoilerish) that would be great.

Except for the delays/connection problems, the program was pretty good.

It's awesome! I've enjoyed everything, especially the Q&A was really cool.
The only thing, not a complaint really, but maybe a bit less "keep fingers on the pulse"?
But yeah, good work! ^_^:wizard:

I think it has potential. I'm not terribly enthusiastic about getting bombarded with marketing slogans but seeing interviews with producers/developers/artists is usually pretty good. The interviews that showed up on gameinformers week of mass effect and e3 were all pretty good IMO.

I thought it served its purpose. Programs could be a little bit longer (if at all possible). For the future I think it'd be great to have a walk around the BioWare offices and see where all the magic is happening - stuff like that.
Also put Liara on loop there. Never enough Liara.

That's what we're working out now. This is not only a Mass Effect 3 news outlet. We plan to let you know Dragon Age, SWTOR, and Mythic game news. We plan to use it at conventions. We plan to take videos around the different offices talking with staff, interviews, having fun, etc.

This is why we're looking for feedback. I think this could be really fun as long as we don't make it another commercial for "X" game. It has to be fun, educational and interesting. Not every episode will appeal to each fan, but we want to try to make all them as good as we can.

So hopefuly your suggestions will help us craft BioWare Pulse into somethign you want to watch. :)

I've enjoyed the BW Pulse and David Silverman makes a great host, very personable, easy to listen to and understand.  Props to you good sir, you did a great job with all the episodes!  (As did the interviewees, thumbs up!)

I think it's a great idea to turn the Pulse into a more regular feature to showcase upcoming games / changes to current titles or behind the scenes looks.  I'd definitely tune in.

It'd be a hoot to have an episode available to watch in a vid-mail in ME3.  :o

I thought it was a job well done and I'd love to see it as a continued feature.

I'll be honest with you, it lacked Button Awesome. Forget about "keep your fingers on the pulse", if you're using David Silverman, you need to incorporate the "Button Awesome" in there somewhere. Other than that, looking forward to more, especially interviews. Hopefully we can get some actual developer interviews showing what they do on a regular day at the job. Those are always insightful.

If I'm going for overdramatic I say it's BioWare Pulse is wicked.

You guys should definitely continue with it. It worked great during E3 and the Q&A was very interesting. I really like the part about interviewing staff and having fun with it since that's one of my favorite things. Yeah, I'm a sucker for 'behind the scenes' clips.

My problem with Pulse is that I don't feel like I'm learning anything I didn't already learn from somewhere else. I guess Pulse needs some exclusive announcements, that the press haven't spoken about yet. As is, it seems more of a summery of past events for those who haven't visited other sites.

I'd really, really wanna some "making of" videos.

In additon, I think that Bioware TV could be a great tool for the devs to communicate with the fans.
using the Bioware TV, the Devs can ask the communiy  about their ideas regarding to certain aspects of the game. For example:"we are currently discussing matter X. We are considering doing Y or Z. What do you think about this?"

I'd also like to see maybe some episodes discussing past games/works, like Dragon Age: Origins, Kotor, Lair of the Shadow Broker, etc. Like say, "Looking back" episodes. Not much is ever really talked about when it comes to the making of DLC after it has been released. And maybe some round table discussions. Like say, here's the people that worked on this part of the game, instead of just the main leads. Maybe some interviews with Meer, and the other voice actors.

i liked what ive seen of it so far, Havent caught it all yet. One thing ill say is that i was under the impression that youtube video responses were the only valid way to ask questions, but during the interview questions were asked from twitter did i miss something? either way would be nice for this to be clearer on future occasions

As long as the marketing guys can be kept on a leash and the hyperbole can be kept to a minimum, it would be something I'd watch on a regular basis. On the other hand, if it becomes simply another over the top marketing tool used only for seeing how many times a minute the latest buzz word can be repeated, then I'd have no interest.

So far it's been interesting and I look forward to seeing more.
