Anyone else try to preorder the game from the EA store then check their pending orders to find... nothing!? despite receiving a confirmation email?

Did you check it through the link in the email? Try logging into the site itself, going into customer service, then checking your pending orders through there. Sometimes it doesn't seem to show up otherwise.

There's a note when you click confirm in small text that says pending orders can take several hours to appear on the website.

No wonder we found out about this bug just now. You're the first to preorder the game via Origin!

It was there before Origin. DA:O and ME2 both had a habit of disappearing from my pending orders.

No, I ordered 2 copies through Origin as soon as it was posted and didn't have any problems with it posting on my account.  In fact, my preorder for Alice Complete is there also.

My Collector's Edition of ME3 is showing up, too.

I don't think it's anything to worry about, OP. This has happened to me a lot with EA's store, but my games always showed up on the release date with no problems so far. Try waiting a little while, then go to Customer Service --> Login --> My Account --> Orders & Billing. If it isn't there, call their Customer Service line. They should be able to tell you if it's still there or not.

Thanks for the replies. Unfortunately, after following all the advice and it having been 24 hours since the original order still no go. Hope this is a non-issue and that I'm the only one. Tempted to order from Amazon and return one of them.

I'm having the same problem, I have the confirmation order in my email but nothing shows up in my ordered info for my ea account.

I received a receipt for my Collector's Edition Pre-Order, but today I received an email from Origin saying "Order Cancelled" due to them not receiving payment. My paypal account was charged and the order says "pending" in my EA account. My money went somewhere... if someone knows what happened please let me know ASAP.
