So I beat the game for the first time on the xbox 360, then sold my game. I saw a great deal on the pc download for dao the ultimate edition for a great price. So I downloaded the game, and all the DLC in it. After playing 30-45 minutes, the back of my computer near all the usb's etc is burning to the touch. It actually hurts when I touch it. I know this game is huge, and it requires alot of energy to play it, but i have no other games that do this to my computer. My graphics are generally on high, the 2nd highest detail for the game. Should I lower them? Is there anything else I can do to fix this besides I don't enjoy lower graphics. Thanks to all in advance.

I read through some of the posts, but like I said I have many other big games installed, for example Gothic 3 if you know what it is, and it does not overheat much at all. I will try looking at the fan if it is clogged from dust. If that doesn't do it I will change my graphics to medium and see.
Edit: Woah, I think there are two fans in my computer and one of them has enough dust in it to bury someone to death, it is surrounded by four screws should I un-screw them and get the dust out of there?

Yes, just remember which way the fan is facing before you remove it so you can put it back the same way when done. Also touching hot metal doesn' indicate something is overheating, it just indicates it is running hot. You need to run software that can monitor video card temperatures while your playing a game, to see if it is overheating.
