Could we get the Mass Effect 1 information brought over from the old site so that if we want to re-install Mass Effect on our PC it won't take as much effort as I just expended trying to find my Bring Down the Sky CD key. Please it's just a bit annoying, but please fix this.

Given that these are the unofficial tech support forums, and are only for user to user support, theres nothing we can do. You would be better off sending a PM to a Bioware rep.

Or, you could always write down your product key and keep it safe. The safety or your data is your responsibility, not anyone elses.

I just bought and installed Mass Effect (I know, I'm rather late in doing so), and I want to register my game, but when I hit the Register/Learn More button in the ME Starting Menu I get the 404 Error. Also, I can't find a link to register through my existing profile.
Can anyone tell me where I might register? Or is this connected to MPxGrunt's post about the old site?

You cant register ME1 on these forums, only through the older Bioware forums.

I'm trying to find my BDTS serial. I log in at the old site and it brings me back here. How can I recover my serial?

You cant. They have removed the old forums and redirected them. Your only hope now is to contact EA support.
