I am currently unable to recieve my downloadable content from both Signature edition or dlc. The problem is that I am disconnected from the server, as soon as I log in. I know about the video card driver update and have already done that. I have been working with EA Teir 3 support now since April 27, 2011 to present with no results.  I have a log that shows what is happening when I get disconnected for the server, which does not help EA, but just maybe mean something to Bioware. Please help if you can, or since the game shows up on my computer, but is locked since I cannot log in to verify download content. Is there a way to unlock content that is on my computer but is still locked.

Just so you know, you are not alone. Its weird though. I have the Steam version and my downloadable content workds but I can't connect to EA's servers.

I have the same issue. Just FYI, if you reinstall the game, your DLC won't work. So long as you had been able to log in before you are fine as long as you don't reinstall.

Yep, found that out about uninstalling da2, EA wanted me to do a total removal of the game while they were trying to figure out the problem. So, needless to say, I have lost everything, to include the new dlc. But such is life as the say,they should be able to figure it out sooner or later. Hopefully, with the log showing them what is happening, maybe the can find a fix for it.
