I want Anora's support in the Landsmeet and I can get it if I "marry" to Alistair. Once I have her support at the landsmeet can I double cross her and become queen myslef? And is it possible to gain her support without promising her to be queen?

Yep, tell her you'll support her or match make her to Alistair. Then at the landsmeet, when it comes time to choose, put Alistair on the throne and declare yourself queen.

I like when Anora backstabs you, and the Landsmeet stays on your side anyway.
Especially when you get to decide who the ruler is.
