 So I have been trying to claim the three items from the promo but i just get errors Specificly:

• An unexpected error has occurred. Please verify your selection(s) or try
  back in a few minutes.

Any Ideas ?

I have seen people trying to claim such promo items. Other users more familiar with this issue tend to claim that the promos are expired implying they are no longer redeemable. This itself suggests there is not much you can do.

Last resort will always be EA support of course should you want to go further with enquiries.
