You should remember, the ME1 husks as created by the renegade Geth, were just copies of how the Reapers create them. Personally I suspect the Reapers can transform people within the day or even mere hours.

There's something about Husks that turn me into a blubbering mess and I end up wasting all my thermal clips/overheating my pistol shooting in every direction except actually at the Husks.

What do I think of them? Fantastic :D

LOL, in ME2 I solved the problem with Husks (since they just massed me) by either using myself or having an teammate use Incinerate or another fire-based attack. They melt quickly. Advantage of Incinerate, as long as you aim a bit in the correct direction, it autotargets as long as there's some form of lockon

I mentioned it in the ME2 forums... the "pregnant" thing was a misunderstanding. Banshee is not pregnant. That would be silly.

Asari Husks are called Banshees? Sweet

Sweet Christmas, they're called Banshee.  SWEET!

So the Batarian husks are the Cannibals
the Asari are call Banshees

hmm there has to be some pattern.

No there isn't. There would be a pattern if say, the Cannibals were called Vampires. However, another video game series has already used that.

Ugh, with all these new Husk variants, Scions/Praetorians are going to get REALLY annoying now haha.

And the krogan husks are combined with turians.

It's like the Reapers are taking two enemies and putting them together. Like how the Cannibal is combined of humans and batarians.

I think we need some slight variations in their models this time around, considering that we're going to be seeing loads of them throughout the entire game now. I don't think all humans/batarians/krogan/etc. look exactly alike as far as I recall, and husks made from them shouldn't look exactly alike, either.

Iirc, the E3 demo interview or something (I saw it in a vide between IGN, Gamespot, and EA Origin) mentioned something about Krogan "Brutes." Do you guys think Krogan Husks = Brutes?

I'd like too see some straight up indoctrinated species as well to break it up. Such as Asari commando units etc.

The husks themselves look pretty neat, a quick thrown together genetic mish mash for shock troop purposes - but hope theres more than just that and Cerberus troops infantry to fight.

Probably. Krogan Husks are going to be damned tough to kill I'm betting.

I like that they are mixing it up. I don't want Cerberus becoming the new generic mercenary.

I wonder if the Scion and the Praetorian are returning, though.

My guess is the Krogan husks will be few and far between (not many krogan left) so you'll probably fight 1 or 2 but they'll be solid to kill, mini boss style, like the Praetorian.

I want to see a Turian husk in action. Those things are BUFF. They have completely Turian heads, quite similar to Saren's skeletal head in ME1, though, no sign of Krogan in that area.
