I've always pre ordered games from game and I usually get it a day before and it comes it perfect condition.

I also usually get GAME per-orders a day early and always in perfect condition. Never had a problem.

The only time I've heard of this in large scale was the Halo 3 Collector's Edition, and that wasn't limited to Game. I personally trust Amazon more, but Game are generally very good with deliveries. The fact that they're hiked the price of the ME3 Collector's Edition to something obscene is the reason I won't buy it from there.
