Well, back in January, Microsoft's Steve Ballmer said that the Kinect will come to the Windows platofmr.
Furthermore, they have actually announced an SDK for it.
Evenfurthermore, there are even today many Kinect "hacks" that allow it to work on Windows.
So, my question is - why can't we get the Voice recognition stuff for the PC as well?
Seriously, I'd get the Kinect for the PC when it's out - not just for this obviously, but for use as a general HID for any Windows operations, as well as other games and even my own game I'm (too damb slowly) working on.
But the voice battle commands in ME3 are really really cool and add a lot to the immersion.
Hell, the immersion value it adds, just in combat, far out weighs, IMO, the actual amount of available voice commands.
So, anyone care to join me in this request?

The equipped system will have a pair of 640 x 480 camera sensors to get an idea of the user's position in 3D space, but unlike Kinect, it won't be supporting Voice Recognition.

Dinaminjo, that's NOT Kinect.
It's a system from the original R&D company of Kinect, the Israeli PrimeSense, that is going to integrate similar solutions in other product.
But that is NOT Microsoft's Kinect on the PC.

They were planning on releasing the SDK for developing Kinect products on PC, FOR the X360. Kinect itself will not come to PC.

Of course we don't NEED it.
But I do think the immersion factor grows ten fold with it.
Not for the conversations, mind you, but for the combat.
