Refund guy is a con man OP he acts like he got a bad product trying to force people to give him money he never used at their store. It's like this case I had once working for a major retail store someone like him came in and managed to convince a sale girl to give her a refund and accept back a Disney made item of clothing. When I pointed it out to the girl she was like, " We don't make that?" the label Disney clearly means we don't and 2 we only sell 10 brands of clothing.....so the returner customer got the full value of clothing that she never bought with us and in essence stole from our company.

Refund guy is trying to do the same he insists he bought a gun from a Turian merchant he didn't buy it from, he insist he bought some faulty product years ago and now he wants a refund to some guy in a back ally who didn't sell him the product. I can't for the life of me figure out what he'll be trying to con the restaurant out of when we see him again in ME3.

So OP refund guy is already confirmed to be in ME3 we now need to figure out if Omega let me in guy, Billy, and fist (if you let him live) are coming back.


EDIT: I want BW to finally let me bust this guy! I hate how he trolls the galaxy scamming people!

Precisely. Never before has such a complex moral decision threatened to test Shep's paragon/renegade status as this. The implications for his/her character development alone are worth seriously investigating this as a fully fleshed out mission arc. Add to that the allegory of Refund Guy and his quest for recognition and his position as a symbol for the downtrodden consumer in a harsh, cold, capitalist world, and we have the makings of something truly beautiful here.

Right, so Refund Guy and Conrad Verner - why didn't I see this earlier? They are the dream team. AMIRITE?

If you've gotten rid of Conrad or if you don't let Refund Guy have his refund, then they can't go into partnership together and bring down the Reapers.

And if they aren't around to do that, then Shep has to sacrifice him or herself at the end of ME3 in order to save the galaxy. But if you did everything right, supported Conrad in his fearless endeavours, and if you choose to help Refund Guy get his refund in ME3, then Refund Guy can help fund his and Conrad's mission to stop the Reapers and sacrifice themselves in Shep's place.

Refund guy finall finds his receipts, has all documentation, has tracked down the Turian merchant on earth, arrives at the shop and just as the Turian gets the refund but before he hands it over to refund guy, a reaper blows the store to bits.
