If im understanding this threa right (which im sure im not)

I'd want a refund if they don't have PROPER romance love scenes.
Right after i finish crying and pulling my hair out... follicle by follicle.

Naw, if at all I want him to get indoctrinated by the Reapers but he get's on going asking everyone he meets whether they have his refund. If they don't, he kills them. This is of course a boss in ME3.

With high enough Paragon you can trick him into believing you know where to get his refund, freeing him from his indoctrination and providing you with a countermeasure.

Otherwise you can circumvent the battle as a neutral character with paying his refund. If you choose to fight, he will hurl himself at you and pummel you and your squad whilst all the while shrieking "Reeeeffuuuuunnnnnd!".

A Renegade player can simply utter the words "Proof of purchase!?" and then shoot him.

I want to see a gesture of goodwill from the store owner... such as exchanging the omni gell converter for a working device, only for refund guy to go postal because people spontaniously stopped using omni-gel for anything right after the attack on the Citadel.

What if the refund guy bought a reaper invasion? If only he could find the receipt, the galaxy would be saved!

Hopefully shepard finds and returns it to him, and ends the war doing so.
