I read somewhere about rumours considering somekind of plot twist in ME3, somewhat around the famous Star Wars line "I am your father". So, what did they mean? The Illusive Man being Shepards father? lmao, haha.

Probably some other twist, but what exactly do you think what they mean?

I think they just meant it would have as much of a shock value as the infamous Star Wars scene.

Shepard was resurrected in the Lazurus program by Cerberus using Reaper tech, therefore Harbinger et al are all technically Shepard's father, they are then forced to flee the galaxy due to crippling maintenance payments demanded by Shepard's mother.

How I understand it is it will be a plot twist carrying the same weight as "I am your father," but with a different scenario.
