In the Codex of ships and Vehicles
The entry on Sovereign says that it had a spinal-mounted main gun
is this the same as the weapon that the reaper in the Fall of Earth trailer
uses to shoot down the shuttles at around 00:22 to 00:26.

I would like any feedback

Actually the Codex was just estimating the power Sovereign could yield based on current shipdesigns. That was way before we saw Sovereigns hydrodynamic guns in action.

I doubt the Reapers have such classic accelerators.

It stands to question whether there is anything built like that in a Reaper at all. The codex was basing its evaluation on current shipdesign which is that warships are built around guns, not the other way round and as such, a two kilometer Dreadnought would weild a gun of the same size.

Reapers have their hydrodynamic guns, which can deliver the same puch requiring considerable less space being cramped up for it. I reckon the interiour of a Reaper is mostly generators and data processing units to keep the thing up to juice rather than having integrated weapons in other systems than their arms and possibly few weapon hardpoints accross their hull.
