In Overlord there are VERY low-pixelated textures representing grass/vegetation and this is noticeable when using the hammerhead around the environment (the place where you can pickup Cerberus data, there's about 6 of them in the area) as well as "holographic stones" about the mountain ledges (however you want to call them) where the hammerhead would just "noclip" through it - resulting in dying. And no I wasn't trying perform suicide, i died by surprise/accident more than once.
When doing Tali's loyalty mission i get to see the video of the fleet, choose a squadmember - and then nothing, everything is completely black when the game was turning from chossing squad member to choosing equipment. I can hear background noise and music but the controls are competely unresponsive (except for the PS button) and the screen gets stuck in black and remains black until i restart the game. But trying to do Tali's mission again results in the same thing, black screen.

DLC: Cerberus (so far, don't have money for the rest yet)
Model: 60GB (but well cared for, fixed RLOD twice)
HDD: 258GB free out of 500GB
I'm confident that I haven't done anything wrong, so I'm turning here for help or possibly a patch.
