I dont know about the rest of you out there, but I dont like to throw away $60 on software that simply doesnt work.

If a car company sold you a defective car, they would be held liable....why shouldnt ea/bioware?

your patches havent done **** to make the game play any better then when I first bought it.

So what do you think,consumers....should we try legal action against them?

 Im so sick of your false hopes:sick:

its not a joke.
I'm sick of seeing people whine about not getting stupid trophies when I cant even play the game and I got it the day of release!

FYI the class action suit against Square/Enix failed and it was similar to this situation only Final Fantasy XIII was actually bricking consoles. If THAT one didnt work, this one surely wont. But good luck anyway.

Not going to happen

The problems were not really game breaking and they were patched. The import problems were by only gripe but if the let us create a custom flags like I mentioned in the other thread I will be happy.

Well, lest we forget Cylon King, that there are some people who can't play the game at all, i.e. it consistently crashes at a certain point and so players cannot proceed. I have no idea how an error like this occurs on consoles - they're supposed to all be the same, aren't they?

I sympathise, however I would have got my money back for the faulty game straight away (back when there was thread after thread on the subject and people were successfully returning their games to places like Amazon as 'faulty') rather than waiting for the patch and rebuy the game after the patch was released. If this happens to you again in the future, I suggest just taking the game back within the return period. You can't trust companies to take responsibility for their crap, you have to protect yourself in these situations.

If a car company sold you a defective car, you'd take it back. If they sold a tonne of people defective cars that were killing people on the roads, there'd be a class action law suit.

You should have just taken it back.
