I'm in the middle of doing another playthrough and ran into N7: Javelin Missles Launched. This was one of the best sidequests I've encountered yet in ME2 - limited time, with an actual decision at the end. The time limit was short enough that it felt like I was pressed in order to complete it in order to stop the missiles, and then a decision at the end as to if I was going to save the colony (at the cost of the colonists) or save the colonists (at the cost of the colony). The only negative I saw to the mission was that once you accessed the final terminal, you could take as much time as you wanted to make the decision. I think the decision would have been better if it had still be under the timer pressure.
Any one else run into sidequests/Assignments that have stood out to you?

That's a good one. I'm still intruiged by the Lost Operative assignment, it has HUGE implications for ME3 yet it's optional.

OP: Uhm which one is that? Part of the DLC's?
Personally I liked the little volus vs. stealing quarian on the citadel; quarian merchant on omega and the quarian slave on illum.
Kinda drove the point home how they (the quarians) are actually treated like crap everywhere. Heck Illum even forces the fleet away. Kinda like the "whites only" benches in south africa during apartheit right?
Made me the quarian supporter/fan I am today.

It is in the base ME2. Based on the Wiki, it looks like it was the end of a chain that started in Rosetta Nebula (The cluster with Jacob's loyalty mission) / Enoch System / Joab.

Between that and Kasumi's greybox, my Shep is getting off scot-free at his trial. Otherwise Emily Wong is getting some nice juicy information.
