I dont think there is one so i am starting one, for several reasons. First to discuss recent information shown at E3, Two to discuss reaper types (exoskeltal forms), and third to discuss theories.
First i want to bring up a few things i am curious about.
During some of the E3 demo's we saw lots of cerberus enemies, at one point we are also told they are indroctronated. That is curious considering there behavior. They work well for people who are brain washed, I almost am wondering if they have implants in there armor instead of being fully brain washed. MY reason for this is as saren said The more control soverign use on a subject the less capable they become. So is it possible there is reaper tech in there armor not them selves being indroctrinated.
We also saw a smaller reaper in the demo's, this reaper walked on all fours and was noticably smaller than the other reapers. Now this brings up the question whether it is an actualy reaper (a species surronded but an external shell), or some type of reaper device that is conrtol through other reapers (sort of like harbingers direct control trick). Beyond that and the soverign type armored reapers we have not seen any other Reapers types.
As for theories about reapers in general i don't really have any at the moment
so um... Discuss and enjoy
An official reaper thread(spoliers)

It was a Reaper. Not all Reapers are the same, they need Ground Forces too.

The only thing that makes me think it could be some sort of reaper device is its size it is smaller than a fully developed reaper. In the reaper base demo it looks about the size of the human-reaper larva maybe a bit bigger unless the specie they used on those were small.. that is just my reasoning though

Since the invasion in the trailers wasn't too mind-blowing I would say the Reapers rely on indoctrination to conquer worlds. By mind-blowing I mean like a Reapers-darkening-the-skies sort of thing, which isn't anywhere near what happened in any trailer.

I have hopes that it's going to be a good fight.
Variety of Husks, indoctrinated ground troops (some come in a mecha) and different kind of Reapers to fight.
Especially part of the demo where Shepard needed to call fire support from the fleet on orbit was very impressive and Reaper still didn't went down. :-D
I was a bit afraid that BioWare would need to nerf Reapers to make it possible to win, but at least based on E3 demo, I think we can except tough but satisfying fights in ME3.
What comes to Earth, Reapers purpose is to harvest humans and make a new Reaper. If they were here just to destroy earth and humankind, they could easily do that from the orbit.
