Why is there a selection box thingie on Garrus anyway? Can Shepard speak to squadmates again like in ME1?

That Reaper was hiding in that Cerberus base? Or was it under construction, because then Shepard was really having bad luck that the Reaper just got finished just in time when they were gonna blow that hole to hell!

Most likely Shepard found a repair/refueling station and they thought it was a base.

Yeah... was sad to see they didn't fix this in ME3 (so far anyway)... it was irritating in ME2 and was one of the reasons I never let Garrus use assault rifles (The sniper rifle doesn't clip into his collar.. but for some reason all assault rifles do)

I like Garrus, but honestly I'm a little tired of seeing him all the time in ME3 media so far.

You have seen him in two demos, a video about his armour redo and a couple of screenshots, there is characters that have got hardly or no showcase yet.

To be fair, Garrus got ZERO coverage with ME2.

Though I'd like to see some of the other squad-mates as well.
