I'd buy a ME keyboard or mouse. That's probably all though.

Are there any pictures of the 360 controllers? The only 360 controller I have is broke, and while I can play with it, it gets worse every day... Is there a release date on the controllers?

No...the deal/partnership was announced at E3.
We have to wait a bit till we see what they make.

All they'll likely be is Razer's regular products with a new art design on it according to the game in question with a little price hike for it.
For example, Razer Onza's Tournament Edition 360 controller is $50. The Dragon Age 2 edition of it is $60, and the only difference is that it looks a little different.
I expect the same of ME3. Some art on the Tournament Edition controller and that's it.
BUT-
I love me some Mass Effect, so I don't mind buying another Razer Onza Tournament Edition Controller, especially if the ME3 edition looks badass.

this is really tempting, razer products are generally not bad.
if the ME set's design is one of those that will last in time i would for sure buy a set
